You’re skilled with Zapier, Automations, and prompting, and comfortable using APIs, webhooks, or light scripting to build scalable workflows. You excel at translating technical concepts for diverse audiences and ensuring solutions are reliable, secure, and aligned with business goals.
In addition, you bring deep expertise in Vendasta’s listing claim processes and workflows, with strong knowledge of listing policies across major platforms. You have a thorough understanding of review response and review request workflows, with an awareness of HIPAA compliance requirements when managing review responses in sensitive industries.
