10 Themes and 52 Questions (Metrics)
What is Lattice Pulse?
As an employer, we want to ensure that we are creating a top-notch work culture for our employees, but in order to do this, we need to hear from you!
People Operations uses Lattice Pulse Surveys as a way to keep a pulse on team member engagement at any given time. The feedback from these pulse surveys are organized into10 themes and 52 metrics and an eNPS score, which will help us understand what our employees value in their work culture and how we keep Vendasta a kick-butt place to work.
What is an eNPS score?
The employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) is a simple way to track our team's ambassadorship and pride for working at Vendasta. The score is based on one key question:
“How likely are you to recommend our organization as a good place to work?”
How is eNPS scored?
Based on how you score Vendasta on a 1-10 to the above question, Lattice will group your feedback into one of the below categories for scoring:
Promoter - someone who would recommend Vendasta as a place to work to others (9-10 score)
Passive - neutral ground (7-8 or skipping the question altogether)
Detractor - someone who would not recommend Vendasta as a place to work (0-6 score)
As you can see, how you answer—or don't answer—this question can have a big impact on Vendasta's eNPS score. Please keep in mind these scoring metrics when answering—or skipping— your eNPS question so we can ensure we have the most accurate insight into how we're truly doing.
Who can see my feedback?
Lattice feedback is collected on an anonymous basis—unless you so choose to include your name when providing feedback. Lattice aims to give you a safe space to share your honest thoughts—but don’t fret, if you leave your feedback anonymously it will stay that way. Lattice groups each member into groups, meaning your feedback is viewed collectively with that of your nearest team and can't be singled out.
Anonymized Lattice feedback and scores can be viewed by People Operations, the CEO, and your direct & skip-level managers. In R&D, feedback may also be viewed anonymously by S-team members in the relevant function.
When and how do I fill out a survey?
We send out a robust and comprehensive survey twice per year which helps us understand the big picture at a point and time and set action plans to improve on. Lattice also sends out monthly "pulse" surveys, to gauge where we are at in between. Check your email inbox for survey requests and updates!
Where do I get started?
You will receive an email notification Lattice any time a survey is sent out. Click on the link to start contributing anonymously, or non-anonymously, to your workplace. We use this data to build our work culture so it is important to be transparent and avoid skipping any questions.
Randomly each quarter you will be given our eNPS question in one of your quizzes. Please remember to keep our scoring metrics in mind when answering your eNPS question.
Who can I go to with any Lattice issues?
Should you have any questions or require updates to your Lattice or Lattice team, you can ask Pepper (our People Bot) in the #people-ops Google Space or reach out to a member of the People Operations team directly.
