We have a lot of knowledge spread across a large group of people with different experience levels and who are at different stages of their careers. This conference would be an opportunity for R&D to set aside two days for learning through presentations, workshops, and team-building activities. Hosting our own internal conference can benefit everyone and be great for strengthening our culture in R&D and Vendasta.
