Empower and lead the Revenue Operations Admin team to deliver high-impact operational support that drives data accuracy, process excellence, and cross-functional enablement. This role is pivotal in ensuring the scalability and automation of revenue-driving processes, integrating AI tools and workflows to elevate efficiency, decision-making, and quality. As a people leader, you'll foster a culture of growth, accountability, and innovation aligned with Vendasta’s leadership principles.
Your Impact
Team Leadership & Development:
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Revenue Operations Admin team (IC1–IC2), focused on continuous learning and operational excellence.
Conduct regular 1:1s, define individual goals, and manage performance and growth trajectories using Lattice.
Foster a psychologically safe environment that encourages curiosity, autonomy, and results.
Distribute workload equitably, ensuring high-quality and on-time task execution.
Champion best practices in RevOps administration, and lead onboarding, cross-training, and upskilling efforts.
Design and optimize admin workflows leveraging AI tools (e.g., Apollo, Zapier, Postman, Clay) to reduce manual effort and increase accuracy.
Build reusable prompt libraries and automation templates for lead enrichment, validation, and data quality checks.
Set AI adoption goals and track outcomes such as automation rate and reduced TAT.
Evaluate, test, and implement new AI solutions to support RevOps objectives.
Coach team members on ethical and effective AI usage aligned with Vendasta’s policies.
Identify inefficiencies in processes and data flows; design and implement standardized, scalable workflows.
Maintain and evolve documentation on team SOPs, ensuring clarity, version control, and usability.
Act as a liaison across RevOps, Sales, and Marketing to maintain clean data handoffs and smooth operational alignment.
Establish and iterate on SLAs for admin support, monitoring for consistency and improvement.
Oversee the team’s execution of lead uploads, enrichment, CRM hygiene, and campaign support.
Ensure actionable, timely data is delivered to sales and marketing teams to support outreach and pipeline health.
Analyze trends in errors, feedback, or delays and guide course corrections.
Report weekly/monthly team performance metrics, including enrichment accuracy, TAT, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Serve as the escalation point for data or process-related issues.
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to manage expectations, share wins, and align on priorities.
What you bring to the table
Expert-level understanding of lead management, data hygiene, and revenue operations workflows.
Deep knowledge of CRM systems and their integration with marketing automation platforms.
Strong familiarity with AI tools for data enrichment, prompt chaining, and automation (e.g., Zapier, Clay, Postman).
Understanding of data governance and privacy best practices.
Working knowledge of project management methodologies.
Leadership & Coaching: Skilled in motivating and developing early-career team members; able to delegate effectively and build accountability.
AI Enablement: Proficient in customizing AI tools, building scalable workflows, and training others in usage.
Data & Process Optimization: Able to identify bottlenecks, apply root cause analysis, and deploy improvements.
Communication: Adept at distilling technical information into clear guidance for internal teams and stakeholders.
Change Management: Confidently leading teams through evolving tools, systems, and processes.
Inspire a culture of curiosity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
