Who can be a part of VendastaLead?
The program is open to any current or aspiring (there is a plan for someone to transition into a leadership/maangerial role) Leaders in Vendasta who want to learn and grow through tangible tools, resources and training delivered in a classroom style with developmental activities to build leadership competence and confidence.
How often do the program workshops occur?
Workshops are held each month and are 60-90 minutes in duration. All workshops recorded and are available for viewing at any time post-workshop using the links above.

Are there other tools and resources outside of the monthly workshops?
Yes! We have created many learning modules in Vendasta University called The Vendasta Manager which currently offer Managers up to 11 modules on effective Management practices, building managerial skills and competence.
As of fall 2022, we have now lunched the Vendasta Leadership Academy for leadership development. Please reach out to the Talent and Leadership Development Manager for more details on this program.
