Vendasta is sponsoring the Saskatoon Regional Science Fair, where our local young scientists get to present their cool projects and compete for awesome prizes and the chance to represent Saskatoon at the Canada-Wide Science Fair.

Uniting the Prairies (UP) is the Prairies’ premiere startup-focused tech conference, where A-tier founders connect with active investors & tech leaders, and Vendasta is a Gold Sponsor of the event! As a leader in the tech ecosystem of the prairies, our presence and involvement in this conference helps us support and build a stronger industry. Vendasta is also the host of the Conference After Party here at Vendasta square. This is where all the conference attendees and organizers get to let loose and have some fun. This year, the party will have a western theme - so bring your boots & hats! 🤠

There are volunteer opportunities throughout the conference at the Delta hotel, as well as the after party event at Vendasta Square! Feel free to sign up for as many shifts as you like!

June 1 - 4, 2023 | Saskatoon

The Nutrien Children’s Festival of Saskatchewan is an arts-based festival where our children play and learn! Each day at the festival brings many opportunities for our province's children to create special moments. Vendasta is a proud sponsor of this event to help ensure students and teachers facing financial barriers in and around the Saskatoon area are still able to take part in a full day of fun, friendship, creativity, and learning at the 2023 festival. 

As an event sponsor (a sponsor of the Lost & Found Tent), we have the opportunity to send some volunteers for some extra exposure at the event! Volunteers do require a vulnerable sector security clearance to participate. Anyone interested can sign up directly on their volunteer form, and just state you are with Vendasta.

Note: Only sign up for the shifts that you want to work as opposed to all the time slots you have available, as you may be scheduled in for all of shifts.

June 24, 2023 | Saskatoon

This is a brand new initiative for the Community Support Team! One of our core pillar focuses is 'Enriching the lives of children & families in need', so we came up with this event idea to help spread joy in our local community. The Vendasta Community Carnival is a free event for children & families. It will feature various activity stations & games, food vendors, and hopefully - a fun day in the sun! 

We are still putting together the plan & details for the event, and are looking for more volunteers to help with the planning.
