In-house Mentorship Program for leadership development launches at Vendasta
A new internal program that aims to help Vendastians build leadership skills through mentorship kicked off in October at Vendasta Square. Nine executive mentors and nine employee mentees were among the inaugural group.
The program is built around Vendasta’s 16 Leadership Principles. The format involves one-on-one meetings between mentees and mentors, and micro-leadership sessions which include guest speakers, a fireside chat, a case study exercise, and round-table discussions on leadership. It will run twice yearly.

The kick-off allowed us to share with our fellow mentees what experiences we had prior to joining Vendasta's program, and share our goals with the mentors setting the stage for open communication and accountability.”
